ABOUT ME

I am a game developer with a dream of becoming a part of something special and mindblowing in the gaming industry. I live and breathe videogames: as a career and as a hobby.

I started my professional adventure at sophomore year in The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen , when I transferred from Data Science to Computer Engineering hoping to get into the gaming industry as a designer, or at least a programmer. (Bachelor's degree in Engineering, about to graduate at the middle of 2023).


Starting at the third year to pursuit my passionate career is hard. But with me trying everything to cumulate game development experience in one year, I was able to get a internship as a combat designer in a game company called Digital Sky to work on an unannounced 3A TPS project.

Advanced: TPP 3C, Unreal, GAS, Unity 3D

AAA shooting games, character design, action design, expressiveness

Proficient: Visio, Powerpoint, Pigma, Canva, Python, Adobe Premiere

Experience

  • Experience using Unreal Engine for action shooting games, proficient in the Gameplay Ability System (GAS), able to independently implement designs

  • Experience with Hero Shooter-related systems and hero design

  • Design of shooting-related systems in TPP and 3C debugging

  • Experience in combat system and animation design for action games

  • Experience in enhancing expressiveness in AAA semi-realistic games
